Our first competition of the 2016/17 season was judged by Sandie Cox, who overcame the Wiltshire Highways signposted diversions to safely reach us. Prints were judged first and although the submission level was modest, there was a good variety of subjects. The winning image was ‘Rainbow over Loch Scavaig’ from Adam Kowalczyk. After coffee break, the digital projected images were viewed, and attracted a much higher level of participation. The winning DPI was ‘Debating Club’ by Robert Slade. The Chairman noted that it was refreshing to see that there was a broader spectrum of member entries and hoped this would continue through subsequent competitions. The full competition results will hopefully be posted shortly in the Members section. This was our last meeting in 2016 and Best Wishes are extended to all members and their families for a Happy Christmas and a healthy New Year.
